* Thunder Creek Harley-Davidson in Chattanooga and Mountain Creek Harley-Davidson in Dalton, Ga., are offering Halloween treats to shoppers, according to Holly Neal Ford, director of marketing for regional Harley-Davidson stores.

Customers visiting Thunder Creek, 7720 Lee Highway, on Saturday will receive special trick-or-treat shopping bags. Everything they can fit into that bag will given a 20 percent discount at checkout.

Customers shopping the Mountain Creek store in Dalton, 1001 Market St., today and Saturday may bring their children in to trick-or-treat for candy. Parents can browse weekend merchandise specials.

Both Harley locations are holding employee costume contests. Customers are invited to vote for their favorite, and by voting they will be automatically entered in a drawing at each location for a $25 gift card.

* Fifteen merchants in Signal Mountain's Mountain Business Association will debut Spooky on Signal on Saturday. The businesses will welcome customers during regular hours for trick-or-treating and shopping.

Participating are Accents, The Clothes House, Cutting Corners Art Gallery & Framing, Cypher Gaming, First Tennessee Bank, Hair Divas, J&S Shoes, Mountain Top Toys, The Pizza Place, Signal Mountain Athletic Club, Signal Mountain Chiropractic Clinic, Signal Mountain Nursery, Signal Mountain Sports Zone, Treehouse Kids & Co. and Wild Hare Books.

The celebration will wrap up at 6 p.m. at Cypher Gaming with a costume party for kids. Prizes will be awarded to the best dressed.

* Hamilton Place mall will welcome trick-or-treaters between 5 and 6 p.m. Saturday. The mall's Youth Escort Policy, which prohibits youths 18 and younger from entering after 6 p.m. on Fridays and Saturdays without a parent or guardian, will be enforced after 6 p.m.

* Participating retailers at Walnut Square Mall in Dalton, Ga., will provide candy to trick-or-treaters 12 and younger from 6 to 7:30 p.m. Saturday.

* Kids may trick-or-treat at participating stores at Bradley Square Mall in Cleveland, Tenn., from 6 to 9 p.m. Saturday during a fall festival sponsored by Westwood Baptist Church.

Kids also are encouraged to enter the mall's Halloween costume contest. Photos will be made at the guest services desk and the photos posted on Facebook. Voting will be Monday through Nov. 9. The costume getting the most votes wins the wearer a bicycle. Visit www.Facebook.com/ShopBradleySquare for more information.

* Michaels Arts & Crafts at Hamilton Crossing will have a spooktacular party from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m Saturday. In addition to face painting and tattoos, the store will offer prizes and candy and hold special contests.

* World Next Door, 100 Market St., celebrates Fair Trade Halloween 11 a.m.-8 p.m Saturday with gifts of chocolate bars to any visitor in a Halloween costume. Those who make a purchase will receive free mini chocolates. Call 634-7799 for more information.
