Great smaller acts you won't want to miss

Going to Riverbend but want to catch some entertainment elsewhere from the Coke Stage? Here’s a few to keep you occupied.

The Deep Vibration is a rock and roll band from Nashville, Tenn. They have already caught the attention of Lou Reed (who gave them their name) and Gillian Welch (who sings backup vocals on their song “Tennessee Rose”). The Deep Vibration take the Tenn. Valley Credit Union Stage at 6:15 p.m.

Adrian Belew is a multi-instrumentalist originally originally known for his work with prog-rock band King Crimson. He is a renowned guitarist who has played with artists including Robert Palmer, Paul Simon and David Bowie. Belew performs on the Bud Light Stage at 7:45 p.m.

Dead Confederate is a rock act from Georgia described by many as “psychedelic Southern grunge.” They close out the Tenn. Valley Credit Union Stage at 9:15 p.m.
