It’s 11:10 and the biggest cheer heard around Centeroo, the outdoor mall that is the heart of the festival, has nothing to do with music.

Superdrag has just completed a frenetic set that drew most of the huge crowd that is here, but when the production crew put the Boston Celtics game against the Los Angeles Lakers game up on the big screen in the Cinema Tent, the crowd responded.

“Beat LA” chants echoed through the place and the Celtics made a huge run to cut the lead from 24 to 2, the place erupted.
